2011 Servant Heart Award Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All nomination forms become the property of CTA, Inc.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the 2011 Servant Heart Award, the nominee must be a current pastor or associate pastor of a church, living in the United States, and been a pastor for a minimum of 2 years. CTA, Inc., and its employees, consultants, and their family members as well as employees and family members of organizations providing prizes for this award, including the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove are not eligible for this award. Void where prohibited by law.

How to enter: Nominations for the award can be placed by completing the online nomination form at www.servantheartaward.org. Nomination forms must be received at CTA, Inc. by 5:00 p.m. CST July 29, 2011. The 2011 Pastor of the Year will be selected, notified and announced by October 3, 2011. Winners will be announced by October 3, 2011 at www.servantheartaward.org.

The Grand Prize: From May 16, 2011 through July 29, 2011, CTA, Inc will promote the opportunity to submit entries to win the Grand Prize for the 2011 Servant Heart Award Pastor of the Year. The Grand Prize is an all-expense paid trip for 2 for a 3 day seminar of the winner's choice at The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove in Ashville, North Carolina. The trip includes, seminar fees, transportation, lodging, and expenses. In the event the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the Grand Prize, CTA, Inc. will award the prize to the first alternate. Process will continue until the Grand Prize is awarded. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, CTA Inc. reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize. Upon acceptance of the award, the winning pastor agrees to give permission to CTA for use of picture of him/her for CTA promotional advertising for the Servant Heart Award. The 2011 Servant Heart Award trip must be completed by December 31, 2012.
